| Payment terms: | Payment for manufactured and delivered Products of proper quality is made by the Buyer, taking into account clause 6.11 of the agreement, by transferring funds to the Supplier's current account within:
30 calendar days (for winners -organizations of SMEs);
45 calendar days (for non-SME winners)
from the moment the Products are delivered to the Buyer's warehouse, based on the original invoices, invoices, COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS-12 or UPD, subject to the delivery of products of proper quality to the Buyer's warehouse in accordance with specification No. 1 to the contract, the exchange of original contracts signed by both Parties. |
