| Payment terms: | Payment for the Works and Services performed by the Contractor and accepted by the Customer shall be made within 60 (Sixty), but not earlier than 45 (Forty-five) calendar days (for a Contractor that belongs to small and medium-sized businesses, applicable: within 30 (Thirty) calendar days) from the date of signing by the Parties of the acceptance certificate of the completed works (according to in the form according to Appendix No. 8 to this Agreement) and the act of delivery and acceptance of the services provided for the instruction of the Customer's operating personnel (in the form according to Appendix No. 10 to this Agreement), by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account, based on the invoice. |
