| Payment terms: | The Customer pays remuneration to the Contractor after signing Reports and Acts within 5 working days, net of personal income tax.
The date of fulfillment by the Customer of the obligations to pay the remuneration provided for in the Contract is the date of issue of funds.
The date of fulfillment of the Contractor's obligations under the Contract is the date when the Contractor's report is signed by the Customer. |

| Bid documentation provision procedure: | Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids. |
