| Payment terms: | The Buyer makes the payment within 15 (fifteen) calendar days (for small or medium-sized businesses - within 7 (seven) business days) after delivery of the goods, signing by both Parties of the consignment note in the COMPETITIVE Bidding Process-12 or UPD form, based on the original invoice and invoice by transferring funds to the settlement account Supplier, according to the details specified in the contract. |
