| Payment terms: | The Buyer makes the payment within 30 (thirty) calendar days after delivery of the goods, signing by both Parties of the consignment note in the form of TORG-12, based on the original invoice and invoice by transferring funds to the Supplier's settlement account, according to the details specified in the contract. In case of conclusion of an agreement with an organization related to SMEs, payment is made within 7 (seven) working days. |
| Venue of bidding: | This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document. |
| Bid documentation provision procedure: | Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids. |
