| Payment terms: | The buyer makes the payment within 15 (fifteen) calendar days (in case of conclusion of a contract with an SME – within 7 (seven) working days) after delivery of the goods and commissioning, signing by both Parties of the consignment note in the form of TORG-12 or UPD and the act of work performed, based on the original invoice and invoice-invoices by transferring funds to the Supplier's settlement account, according to the details specified in the contract. |

| Bid documentation provision procedure: | Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids. |
