| Payment terms: | Payment for the Vehicle under the Contract will be made upon delivery of the vehicle within 7 (seven) working days after providing the Buyer with the technical documentation necessary for its registration with the traffic police, as well as for accounting, including:
a) a duly executed copy of the vehicle type approval (OTT) to confirm the vehicle's compliance with the requirements of regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation;
b) extracts from the automated system of electronic passports of vehicles (electronic chassis passports) and electronic passports of self-propelled vehicles and other types of equipment; the extract must have a valid status;
c) vehicle operation and maintenance manuals;
d) documentation and warranty cards for additional equipment with indication of factory (serial) numbers and warranty period;
e) vehicle service book;
f) the certificate of acceptance and transfer of the vehicle in 3 copies;
g) invoice, invoice, bill of lading in the form of TORG-12 in 2 copies. (one copy for the Buyer and one copy for the Supplier) or a Universal Transfer Document (if the Supplier provides a Universal Transfer Document, the invoice is not provided). |
