Payment terms:Payment for the cost of the Services actually rendered for conducting pre-trip and post-trip medical examinations of drivers of motor vehicles is made within 45 * (forty-five) calendar days from the date of receipt of the invoice and signing by the Parties of the act of acceptance of the services rendered in the currency of the Russian Federation in a non-cash manner, by transferring funds to the Contractor's settlement account.
* When concluding an agreement with small and medium-sized businesses based on the results of the purchase, the settlement period is no more than 15 (fifteen) working days (according to the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 18.09.2019 No. 1205 "On Amendments to the Regulation on the specifics of the participation of small and medium-sized businesses in the procurement of goods, works, services by Certain Types of Legal Entities, annual the volume of such purchases and the procedure for calculating the specified volume") from the moment of receipt of the invoice and signing by the Parties of the act of services rendered in the currency of the Russian Federation in a non-cash manner, by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document.
Bid documentation provision procedure:Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
