| Payment terms: | 1) The Contractor monthly, until the 5th (fifth) day of the month following the billing period, sends to the Operator by mail to the address specified in Section 12 of the Contract the Act of acceptance and transfer of the connection services rendered in the billing month, traffic services in the form specified in Appendix No. 4 to the Contract;
2) The Contractor, within the period up to the 5th (fifth) day of the month following the billing period, sends the Postal Operator an invoice for payment for services rendered by the Contractor to the Operator under the Contract during the billing period, and an invoice;
3) The invoice is paid by the Operator within no more than 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act of acceptance and transfer of the services rendered. |
