| Payment terms: | 1. after signing the Agreement by both Parties, Telecom GC LLC shall make an advance payment for the System by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account in the amount of 30% (thirty percent) of the cost of the System specified in the Contract Specification within 2 (two) weeks from the date the Contractor issues the corresponding invoice for payment;
2. after accepting the System according to the COMPETITIVE BIDDING Process-12 invoice and connecting it to FSUE "GRC" LLC "Telecom GC" makes the final payment for the System by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account in the amount of 70% (seventy percent) of the cost of the System specified in the Specification to the Contract, within 2 (two) weeks from the moment the Contractor issues the corresponding invoice for payment;
3. Signing of Telecom GC LLC invoice COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS-12 does not confirm the fact that the System is connected to the FSUE "GRC", but only confirms the fact that the System has been received. |
