| Payment terms: | The offer must be submitted on the company's letterhead, registered in the prescribed manner (having an outgoing registration number and date), signed by the head of the organization or by authorized person, sealed, contain:
- the full name of the organization;
- details and contact details: INN, OGRN, OCPO, contact numbers, addresses or email;
- the expiration of the proposed price
- basic terms of performance (delivery time, payment procedure, etc.)
- Explanation delivery including/not included in the price of the products.
The technical and commercial proposal must include a calculation of the cost of delivery, indicating:
- unit costs with VAT and VAT;

1. Positions 1-72 of Annex 1 Specification of supplies for office equipment of the Bilibinsk NPP, to the warehouse of Kalinin NPP, Udomlya until 25.12.2021, with right of early delivery;
2. Positions 73-82 Annex 1 Specification of supplies for office equipment of Bilibinsk NPP, to the Bilibinsk NPP warehouse in Moscow until 25.12.2021, with right of early delivery.
This information collection procedure does not entail any obligation of the Customer.
