| Payment terms: | Within 45 (forty-five) calendar days from the date (time) of receipt of the Goods in full and the signature of the Commodity Insign/Universal Transfer Document (UPA) by authorized representatives Parties, and in the event that commissioning and/or testing and/or commissioning, etc., the final calculation period shall be calculated from the date complete all necessary activities required for the commencement of the Goods.
If the procurement participant is an SME entity, payment will be made within 15 (fifteen) business days from the date (time) of receipt of the Goods in full and the signing of the goods invoice/ universal transfer document (UPA) by authorized representatives of the Parties and in the event that commissioning and/or testing and/or commissioning work, etc., the final calculation date is calculated from the date of completion of all necessary activities required for the commencement of the Goods. |
