| Payment terms: | For residents of the Russian Federation belonging to small and medium-sized enterprises, 100% of the contract price is paid by the Buyer to the Vendor's account for 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of delivery by the Seller of the Goods to the Buyer by receipt of the goods, subject to the proper quality and complete complete and the Provider provides all necessary documents Contract.
For residents of the Russian Federation who are not part of small and medium-sized enterprises - 100% of the contract price is paid by the Buyer to the Vendor's checking account for 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of the Seller's transfer of the Goods to the Buyer by receipt of transfer subject to the proper quality and complete complete and the Supplier provides all necessary documents under the Treaty. |
