| Payment terms: | The offer must be submitted on the company's letterhead, registered in the prescribed manner (having an outgoing registration number and date), signed by the head of the organization or by authorized person, sealed, contain:
- the full name of the organization;
- details and contact details: INN, OGRN, OCPO, contact numbers, addresses or email;
- the expiration of the proposed price
- basic terms of performance (delivery time, payment procedure, etc.)
- Explanation delivery including/not included in the price of the products.
The technical and commercial proposal must include a calculation of the cost of delivery, indicating:
- unit costs with VAT and VAT;
- the total price of the contract under the terms specified in the request.
If possible, specify:
- location of shipment (city, region)
- delivery method;
- shipping costs with VAT, excl. VAT.
Payment Terms: Within 15 working days from the date of signing documents confirming the receipt and transfer of products under the contract.
Delivery of goods is required to the Kalinin NPP warehouse in Udomlya, between the date of the contract until 20.03.2022. with the right of early delivery.
This information collection procedure does not entail any obligation of the Customer.
