| Payment terms: | For residents of the Russian Federation belonging to small and medium-sized enterprises - Payment of 100% of the contract price is made by the Buyer to the Vendor's checking account for 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of delivery of the Item under the Agreement in full to the Place of Shipment and Signing by Parties of all documents confirming the transfer of the Goods.
For residents of the Russian Federation belonging to large business entities, 100% of the contract price is paid by the Buyer to the Vendor's checking account, within 45 (forty-five) calendar days date of delivery of the Goods under the Agreement in full to the Place of Shipping and Signing by Parties of all documents confirming the transfer of the Item. |
