| Payment terms: | 100% payment shall be made within 25 calendar days of the actual receipt of the products by the Buyer, but not earlier than 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of the Products to the Buyer's warehouse and provision of documents specified in clause 3.1.4 of the contract. The date on which the Buyer fulfills its obligations is the date when the funds are written off from the Buyer's current account. |
