| Payment terms: | Payment for the delivered Products shall be made by the Buyer upon delivery during:
60 calendar days from the date on which the Consignee (Buyer's branch) signed a positive entry control certificate after receiving the Products of proper quality and in proper completeness and presentation documents.
30 calendar days from the date of the Consignee (Buyer's branch) signing a positive entry control certificate after receiving the Products of proper quality and in proper completeness and presentation documents - with contract price up to RUB 5 million incl. VAT (inclusive);
- with the sole supplier - industry organization (no price limit)
15 working days from the date of the Consignee (Buyer's branch) signing a positive entry control certificate after receiving the Products of proper quality and in proper completeness and presentation documents.

| Venue of bidding: | This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document. |
| Bid documentation provision procedure: | Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids. |
