| Payment terms: | в течение 45 календарных дней с даты поставки товара в полном объеме на склад Покупателя (подписания Покупателем счета, товарной накладной, товарно-транспортной накладной, инвойса), при условии его надлежащего качества и надлежащей комплектности и предоставления Поставщиком всех необходимых документов по Договору/
В соответствии с изменениями, внесенными Постановлением Правительства РФ от 18.09.2019 № 1205 с 01.01.2020г. если участник закупки является субьектом МСП, то оплата за поставленную продукцию производится не позднее 15 рабочих дней |
