Payment under the planned contract during:
- 30 calendar days from the date of signing of the positive entry control act (with bid price up to RUB 5 million incl. VAT (inclusive))
- 15 working days from the date of signing the positive entry control act (for SME entities).

All completed document forms specified in the request must be attached to the TAP.
A response provided outside the specified time limit for the provision of the TAP, as well as with terms different from the terms of the contract being planned for purchase, will be deemed improper by the TAP and rejected.
