| Payment terms: | 30% - an advance payment is paid of the value of the contract, no later than 30 calendar days from the date of the conclusion of the Agreement, subject to receiving an invoice for payment and providing security for the execution of the contract;
40% - of the value of the contract is paid no earlier than 45 and no later than 75 calendar days (if the manufacturer belongs to small and medium-sized businesses - within 15 working days) following the date of signing the Transport Document, subject to the provision of original invoices, invoices, TTN signed by the Parties;
15% - of the cost of the contract is paid no earlier than 45 and no later than 75 calendar days (if the manufacturer belongs to small and medium-sized businesses - within 15 working days) following the date of signing by the Buyer of the Certificate of Services Rendered on Installation Supervision (if the Supplier belongs to the subjects small and medium-sized businesses, within 15 working days);
