| Payment terms: | The offer must be submitted on the organization's letterhead, duly registered (have an outgoing registration number and date), signed by the head of the organization, or by an authorized person, sealed, contain:
- the full name of the organization
- details and contact details: TIN, OGRN, OKPO, contact numbers, addresses or email;
- the expiration date of the offered price
- basic terms of performance of the contract (delivery time, payment procedure, etc.);
- Explanation shipping is included/not included in the price of the product.
The technical and commercial proposal shall include a calculation of the cost of delivery stating:
- unit price incl. VAT and excl.
- the total price of the contract under the terms specified in the request.
Payment terms for SME entities within 15 working days from the date of signing of documents confirming the provision of works, services, and deliveries.
Delivery of goods is required at Kalinin NPP warehouse, St. Udomlya, Tver region in time for 15.06.2020.
