| Payment terms: | Payment is made by bank transfer on the basis of invoices issued by the supplier on the terms of 100% of the price of the delivered Goods and is paid within 45 (forty-five) calendar days, (when conclusion of contracts with small and medium-sized businesses, the settlement period is determined in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation), after the parties sign a consignment note for TORG-12 form, Transfer and Acceptance Certificate, provision of an invoice (not provided if the supplier is not a VAT payer or is exempt from performance of duties taxpayer). |
