| Payment terms: | 100% payment from the moment of receipt of the material of proper quality at the warehouse of UECC JSC on the basis of the original contract (or invoice for delivery without a contract), invoices and invoices (or UPD):
no more than 30 (thirty) calendar days for the winners - organizations of SMEs;
no more than 45 calendar days for non-SME winners.
The comparison of the participants' price offers for the ongoing procurement procedure will be carried out on a basis that is determined taking into account all taxes (including VAT), fees and other expenses in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. If your organization applies a simplified taxation scheme, the provision of a supporting document is mandatory. |
