| Payment terms: | Payment for the delivered Products is made by the Buyer upon delivery within:
60 calendar days from the date of signing by the Consignee (Buyer's branch) of a positive certificate of incoming inspection after receiving the Products of proper quality and in proper completeness and presentation documents.
30 calendar days from the date of signing by the Consignee (Buyer's branch) of a positive certificate of incoming inspection after receiving the Products of proper quality and in proper completeness and presentation documents with a contract price of up to 5 million rubles including VAT (inclusive);
- with a single supplier - an industry organization (no price limit);
15 working days from the date of signing by the Consignee (Buyer's branch) of a positive admission control certificate after receiving the Products of proper quality and in proper completeness and presentation documents.

| Venue of bidding: | This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document. |
| Bid documentation provision procedure: | Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids. |
