| Payment terms: | Payment for the Products is made in the amount of 100% of the value of the delivered Products specified in Appendix No. 1 to this letter within 30 (thirty) calendar days after receipt by the Buyer Products (signing by the Buyer of a consignment note of the unified form No. TORG-12 or a universal transfer document), subject to its proper quality and in proper completeness, and providing accompanying documents confirming the quality of the Products on the basis of an invoice issued by the Supplier; In accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1205 dated 18.09.2019, if an agreement is concluded with a Supplier that is a small or medium-sized enterprise, payment for the delivered Products shall be made within 15 (fifteen) working days. |
| Venue of bidding: | This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document. |
| Bid documentation provision procedure: | Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids. |
| Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract. |
