| Payment terms: | An advance payment in the amount of 30% of the Agreement amount within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of conclusion of the Agreement, provided that the Supplier provides in full the originals of the following documents:
— invoices for payment for Advances;
— ensuring the performance of obligations under the Agreement in the amount of the Advance.
In case of late submission by the Supplier of the original documents specified in this clause of the Agreement, the Buyer shall pay the Advance Payment within 7 (Seven) business days from the date providing the last of the documents in full.
The Supplier is obliged to provide the Buyer with an invoice for the amount of the Prepayment received no later than 5 (Five) calendar days, counting from the date of receipt of the Advance.
Within 15 (Fifteen) business days following the date of signing the Goods Waybill (TORG-12) by the Buyer, provided that the originals of the following documents are submitted: invoices, invoices, consignment note, The Buyer pays the Supplier 100% (One Hundred Percent) of the value of the Equipment delivered and accepted by the Buyer, taking into account the Advance paid. |
