| Payment terms: | The proposal must be submitted on the company's letterhead, registered in accordance with the established procedure (have an outgoing registration number and date), signed by the head of the organization or by an authorized person, sealed, contain:
- full name of the organization;
- details and contact details: TIN, OGRN, OKPO, contact phone numbers, addresses or e-mail;
- the validity period of the offered price;
- basic conditions for the performance of the contract (delivery time, payment procedure, etc.);
- explanation shipping is included in the product price.
The technical and commercial proposal must contain a calculation of the cost of delivery in accordance with Appendix No. 2.
Payment terms.
Under supply agreements with a price less than RUB 5 million, including VAT: Within 30 calendar days from the date of signing documents confirming the fact of acceptance of products, subject to a positive Certificate of Acceptance control.
Under supply agreements with a price of more than 5 million rubles. Within 60 calendar days from the date of signing the product acceptance document, subject to a positive Incoming Control Certificate.
For SMEs: Within 15 working days from the date of signing documents confirming the fact of acceptance of products, subject to a positive Act of incoming control.
The supply of equipment is required at the warehouse of the Bilibino NPP Bilibino of the Chukotka Autonomous Okrug from the moment of conclusion of the contract until 01.06.2022
This procedure for collecting information does not entail any obligations of the Customer.
