| Payment terms: | по факту поставки на основании счета-фактуры в течение 30 календарных дней (в течение 15 рабочих дней для МСП) с даты подписания Грузополучателем документов, подтверждающих получение Продукции (актов приема - передачи Продукции, или товарных накладных (ТОРГ-12), или универсальных передаточных документов (УПД)), при условии поставки Продукции надлежащего качества и в надлежащей комплектности (подтверждается положительным Заключением (Актом) приемки Продукции) и представления Поставщиком документов, поименованных в пункте 3.5. настоящего Договора (при условии соблюдения требований к их оформлению, установленных действующим законодательством Российской Федерации и Договором). |
