| Payment terms: | покупатель оплачивает Товар в течение 45 (Сорока пяти) календарных дней с момента получения Товара и подписания акта приема-передачи Товара, при наличии подписанной Сторонами товарной накладной ТОРГ-12 и оформленного в соответствии с требованиями НК РФ счёта-фактуры, на основании выставленного Поставщиком счета. Покупатель перечисляет Поставщику денежные средства в размере, который определяется Сторонами в соответствующей Спецификации к настоящему Договору |
