Payment terms:Payment is made by the Buyer within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of signing by authorized representatives of the Parties of the consignment note (form TORG -12), receipt of an invoice or UPD issued in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation and the invoice for payment. The date of payment is the date when funds are debited from the Buyer's account.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document.
Bid documentation provision procedure:Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids.
