| Payment terms: | Payment for the delivery of products is carried out within 30 (Thirty) calendar days, and if the supplier is a small and medium-sized business entity - no later than 7 (Seven) working days after the Buyer receives the products (the Buyer signs the invoice TORG-12), provided the proper quality and quantity of products, and in proper completeness, based on the invoice issued by the Supplier. No advance payment is provided. |

| Bid documentation provision procedure: | Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids. |
