| Payment terms: | Advance payment of 15% of the Product price is paid on the basis of an invoice within 30 calendar days from the date of signing the Contract,
final payment of Products within 60 calendar days from the date of signing the documents on acceptance of Products (consignment note and certificate of entry control, subject to the delivery of Products of proper quality and in proper completeness) and the provision by the Supplier of the documents provided for the contract (subject to compliance with the requirements for their registration established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation and the contract). |
