| Payment terms: | 100% payment upon delivery within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt from the Supplier of documents for payment and documents confirming the proper fulfillment by the Supplier of obligations for the delivery of Goods (subject to compliance with the requirements for their registration). If the Contract price is determined in a foreign currency, payment is made in rubles at the exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on the day of transfer of ownership.
