| Payment terms: | The Buyer pays for the goods by making an advance payment in the amount of 30% (Thirty) of the price of the goods, which is, including VAT ( ) within 20 (Twenty) calendar days from the receipt of the invoice for payment to the Buyer, after signing the contract, subject to the submission of documents provided for in clause 5.1.16 of the contract, and also security, if it is provided for by the provisions of the contract.
