| Payment terms: | for enterprises that are not subjects of small and medium–sized businesses - the Buyer pays for the goods within 30 (thirty calendar) days from the date of receipt of the goods with a signed consignment note TORG-12 signed by the parties on the basis of the invoice issued by the Supplier. The Buyer transfers funds to the Supplier in the amount determined by the parties in the relevant specification to the contract;
for enterprises included in the unified register of small and medium–sized businesses - the Buyer pays for the goods within 7 (seven) working days from the date of receipt of the goods with the TORG-12 consignment note signed by the parties on the basis of the invoice issued by the Supplier. | Bid documentation provision procedure: | Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids. |
