| Payment terms: | payment for the Goods is made by bank transfer on the basis of invoices issued by the Supplier on the terms of 100% of the price of the delivered Goods and is paid within 7 (seven) working days from the date of signing by the Parties of the consignment note in the form of TORG-12 /UPD, the Act of acceptance and transfer, the provision of an invoice (not provided if the Supplier is not a VAT payer or is exempt from performing the duties of a taxpayer). |

| Bid documentation provision procedure: | Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids. |
