First payment: an advance payment of 80% of the Contract price is paid by the Buyer within 10 (Ten) working days from
the date of receipt by the Buyer from the Supplier of the letter
(notifications) of the territorial body of the Federal
Treasury containing the details of the Supplier's personal account (or a letter (notification) about the opening
of a section on the personal account for the Contract through the state integrated information system "Electronic Budget"
), but not before the Supplier issues an advance invoice.
The second payment: in the amount of 20% of the delivery price of the Complete transformer substation 2KTPNU-1600/6/0.4-KK, the Buyer pays within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of delivery of the Products.
The third payment: in the amount of 20% of the delivery price of the Complete transformer substation 2KTPNU-1000/6/0.4-KK, the Buyer pays within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of delivery of the Products. |
