| Payment terms: | Payment for the delivered products is made by the Buyer from the date of signing by the Consignee of the positive act of entrance control after receiving the Products of proper quality and in proper completeness:
for non-SMEs: -within 45 calendar days (over 5 million rubles);
-within 15 calendar days (less than 5 million rubles)
for SMEs: -within 7 working days days.
Settlements under the Contract are carried out by transferring funds from the Buyer's settlement account to the Supplier's settlement account. Upon receipt by the Parties of the written consent of both Parties - using other forms of settlements that do not contradict the current legislation of the Russian Federation, including using the letter of credit form of settlements and/or factoring form of settlements. |
