| Payment terms: | Payment to the Supplier is made upon delivery on the basis of an invoice no later than 7 working days from the date of signing by the Consignee of the documents confirming receipt of the Products (acts of acceptance and transfer of Products, or consignment notes (TORG-12), or universal transfer documents (UPD)), provided that the Products are delivered of proper quality and in proper completeness. |
