| Payment terms: | - for SMEs: within 7 working days from the date of signing by the Consignee of the positive act of entrance control after receiving the Products of proper quality and proper completeness.
- for non-SMEs: within 15 calendar days from the date of signing by the Consignee of a positive act of entry control after receiving Products of proper quality and proper completeness at a purchase price of up to 5 million rubles with VAT (inclusive), within 45 calendar days from the date of signing by the Consignee of a positive act of entry control after receiving Products of proper quality and proper completeness at a purchase price of more than 5 million rubles, including VAT.
Settlements under the Contract are carried out by transferring funds from the Buyer's settlement account to the Supplier's settlement account. Upon receipt by the Parties of the written consent of both Parties - using other forms of settlements that do not contradict the current legislation of the Russian Federation, including using the letter of credit form of settlements and/or factoring form of settlements. |
