| Payment terms: | Payment in the amount of 100% of the Contract price is made by the Buyer to the Supplier's settlement account, within no more than 7 (seven) working days from the date of delivery of the Goods in full to the Buyer's warehouse (signing by the Buyer of the unified form consignment note, universal transfer document) and registration by the Buyer of the act of entry control for the Goods, provided it is properly quality and proper completeness and provision by the Supplier of all necessary documents under the Contract. |
