The Buyer transfers funds to the Supplier in the amount determined by the parties in the relevant specification to the contract;
for enterprises included in the unified register of small and medium–sized businesses - the Buyer pays for the goods within 7 (seven) working days from the date of receipt of the goods with the TORG-12 consignment note signed by the parties on the basis of the invoice issued by the Supplier.
