| Payment terms: | The advance payment is not paid. The basis for making calculations is an electronic document (hereinafter referred to as the ED), issued in accordance with the established procedure.
Payment for Products is made to the Supplier upon delivery on the basis of an invoice within no more than 15 calendar days (7 working days for SMEs) from the date of signing by the Consignee of the ED confirming the fulfillment of obligations by the Supplier and being the basis for making payment for the obligations performed by the Supplier and accepted by the Buyer under the Contract, subject to the delivery of Products of proper quality and in proper completeness (confirmed by a positive Conclusion (Act) of acceptance of Products in terms of quantity, quality and completeness), and submission by the Supplier of documents confirming the quality of products (subject to compliance with the requirements for their registration established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation and the Contract) |
