| Payment terms: | The Buyer pays the Supplier 100% (one hundred percent) of the cost of the Goods delivered and accepted by the Buyer within 30 (thirty) calendar days following the date of signing by the Buyer, the consignment note (unified form TORG-12) and the provision of originals of primary documents (invoice, invoice, bill of lading standard intersectoral form No. 1-T). |
