| Payment terms: | In connection with the planned procurement on the topic Modernization of the radiation control system, in terms of the supply of radioactive contamination control units for personnel, I ask you to send to the address of the Bilibino NPP by 10.02.2023 bilnpp@chukotka.ru or on the ETP (ETS-Fabricant, JSC "Unified Electronic Trading Platform", LLC "RTS-Tender") technical and commercial proposal Your organization about the cost of delivery.
The proposal must be submitted on the letterhead of the organization, registered in accordance with the established procedure (have an outgoing registration number and date), signed by the head of the organization or an authorized person, sealed, contain:
- full name of the organization;
- banking details and contact details (TIN, OGRN, OKPO, contact phone numbers, addresses or e-mail);
- the validity period of the offered price;
- the main conditions for the execution of the contract (delivery time, payment procedure, etc.);
- explanation of the inclusion of delivery in the cost of products, indicating the cost of delivery.
The technical and commercial proposal must contain a calculation of the cost of delivery in accordance with Annex No. 2 to this letter.
The following payment terms are provided for the purchase:
- for contracts with a price of up to 5 million rubles, including VAT – no more than 15 calendar days from the date of signing the documents confirming the fact of delivery;
- for contracts with a price of more than 5 million rubles, including VAT – no more than 45 calendar days from the date of signing the documents confirming the fact of delivery.
Delivery of the goods is required to the warehouse of the Bilibino NPP, Bilibino, by 20.05.2024 with the right of early delivery.
Carrying out this information collection procedure does not entail any obligations of the Customer.
