| Payment terms: | Payment for products (Goods) is made by the Buyer within 7 (seven) working days from the date of delivery, subject to a positive Act of entrance control and the provision by the Supplier of the documents provided for in the contract (subject to compliance with the requirements for their registration established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation and the contract). |

| Bid documentation provision procedure: | Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids. |
