| Payment terms: | 2. payment terms - 30% prepayment, 70% payment upon delivery. The amount of the advance payment is 30% - rub.(rubles) from the contract price including VAT in the amount of 20%. The term of the advance payment: 10 calendar days from the date of the conclusion of the contract
The amount of payment and the deadline for final payment:
- 70% - rub. (RUB with VAT 20%) of the contract price is paid upon delivery within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt from the Supplier of documents for payment and documents confirming the proper fulfillment by the Supplier of obligations for the delivery of Goods.

- 100% upon delivery within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt from the Supplier of payment documents and documents confirming the proper fulfillment of the Supplier's obligations to deliver the Goods. |
| Venue of bidding: | This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document. |
| Bid documentation provision procedure: | Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids. |
