| Payment terms: | Option I (payment for organizations belonging to small and medium-sized businesses):
Payment in the amount of 100% of the Contract price is made by the Buyer to the Supplier's settlement account, within no more than 7 (seven) working days from the date of delivery of the batch of Goods according to the delivery schedule (Appendix No. 1 to the terms of reference) to the Place of shipment, and the signing by the Parties of shipping documents, invoice and act acceptance and transfer of Goods, as well as provision by the Supplier of all necessary documents under the Contract.
Option II: (payment for organizations that are not related to small and medium-sized enterprises):
Payment in the amount of 100% of the Contract price is made by the Buyer to the Supplier's settlement account, within no more than 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date of delivery of the batch of Goods according to the delivery schedule (Appendix No. 1 to the terms of reference) to the Place of shipment, and signing by the Parties of shipping documents, invoice and act acceptance and transfer of Goods, as well as provision by the Supplier of all necessary documents under the Contract. For contracts for the delivery of goods in the amount of up to 5 million rubles (inclusive).
option III: (payment for organizations that are not related to the subjects of small and medium-sized enterprises):
Payment in the amount of 100% of the Contract price is made by the Buyer to the Supplier's settlement account, within no more than 45 (forty-five) calendar days from the date of delivery of the batch of Goods according to the delivery schedule (Appendix No. 1 to the terms of reference) to the Place of shipment, and the Parties sign shipping documents, invoice and the act of acceptance and transfer of Goods, as well as the provision by the Supplier of all necessary documents under the Contract. For contracts of delivery of goods in the amount of more than 5 million rubles (inclusive). |
| Venue of bidding: | This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document. |
