| Payment terms: | The Buyer pays for the goods within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods with the TORG-12 consignment note signed by the parties on the basis of the invoice issued by the Supplier. The Buyer transfers funds to the Supplier in the amount determined by the parties in the relevant specification to the contract;
expenses included in the price – the cost of the goods includes all expenses related to the fulfillment of the terms of the contract, including: the cost of the goods, the cost of packaging, all costs of the Supplier related to loading and unloading, insurance, transportation, delivery and transfer of the goods to the Buyer, as well as all taxes, duties, fees and other mandatory payments that the Supplier must pay in connection with the fulfillment of obligations in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation; |
