| Payment terms: | payment procedure and term – the buyer pays for the Goods by making an advance payment in the amount of 30 (Thirty)% of the price of the Goods, within 10 (Ten) calendar days from the date of receipt of the invoice for payment to the Buyer, after signing this Agreement.
The Buyer pays for the Goods within 15 (fifteen) calendar days after receipt of the Goods and signing by the Parties of the consignment note TORG-12, the Buyer transfers the remaining amount to the Supplier;
for enterprises included in the unified register of small and medium-sized businesses: within 7 (seven) working days after receipt of the Goods and signing by the Parties of the consignment note TORG-12, the Buyer transfers the remaining amount to the Supplier; |
| Venue of bidding: | This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document. |
